At Premier Equine, we are committed to providing the highest quality performance gear; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused items in their original packaging within 30 days.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Ensure all items are clean, unused, and in their original branded packaging with all tags still attached to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Generate Shipping Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal or use the provided QR code at your nearest authorized drop-off location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
